Father’s Day 2017 saw a phenomenal turnout at Classic Cars & Coffee, with 350 cars and approaching 1000 people attending. The Winter carpark was full, but fortunately the weather was great, so we only needed the undercroft carpark for visitor parking. Next month we revert to our larger Summer carpark adjacent to the Reid Library and University Club.
A tremendous variety of cars attended, which has become the hallmark of Classic Cars & Coffee. Where else could you see three Mercedes G-Wagens near a new Rolls-Royce Phantom, ten Aston Martins, an Alpine A110 and a 1941 Cadillac Convertible? We received so many positive comments from people about the mix of cars including many they’d never seen before.
Some new introductions to the event are coming… watch this space.
